Connection between me and inside me

    Life Experience
    Life Experience
I have often wondered about the connection between myself and other people in my life: my friends, family, and lover. I tend to focus on them and forget about other things. However, I recently realized that I should also focus on the connection between myself and my inner self.
This may seem strange! Most of us think we are already connected to our inner selves, we wouldn't be able to think and act without that connection. But do we truly know ourselves completely?

You know, self-awareness goes beyond just scratching the surface of our knowledge. It's about digging deep into the essence of who we are – understanding our emotions, what drives us, our strengths, and even our flaws. It's like unraveling the mysteries of our own existence.
It sounds so philosophical, I'll stop reading here. Come on, give me a chance to explain.

Let me ask you something: have you ever felt like you're trapped on a never-ending carousel of life? Just going through the motions, but not really knowing where you're headed? It can be disorienting, like being lost in a labyrinth of routines and obligations.
Have you ever experienced those moments when exhaustion hits you like a ton of bricks? When everything feels heavy, and you lack the energy to tackle even the simplest tasks? It's as if your body is waving a flag, desperately trying to get your attention, shouting, "Hey, listen up!". Amidst the chaos and noise of everyday life, it's easy to brush off these signals, to keep charging forward without a second thought.
I found that it's crucial to hit the brakes every once in a while. Take a moment to catch your breath. It's not about wasting precious time or falling behind in this whirlwind world. No, it's about honoring yourself – your body, your mind.
Try a nice day alone, go for a slow walk around your neighborhood, select a favorite drink, and listen to your favorite music. And then, just like that, watching the people go by. By pausing and tuning in to those whispers, acknowledging the imbalances and areas that need healing, you can create time to optimize yourself like a well-oiled machine, operating at peak performance.

Another crucial aspect is the sense of loneliness. It makes all your connection seems wrong.
It's natural to seek new connections or distractions when we're lonely or disconnected. People prefer fast food and fast drugs to solve all of their demands. But how long will it last?
Well, I still do not have an answer to this question, I will stop here and experience more.

Happy reading. Wish you get something from my blog, not just waste time
